Raised in the 60s, in a Jamaican household and in a Britain where signs in windows read “No Blacks, No Irish, No Dogs” I witnessed many colourful events growing up in Coventry, 2021’s #CityOfCulture. Historically, a city levelled to the ground during WWII. This fertile back drop made for rich storytelling. A skill I observed over the years, from a stream of visiting relatives from the Caribbean, who brought stories of reggae music, exotic fruits, sunshine and folklore. This fuelled my passion for storytelling be it on Stage, TV, Radio or Film. I am a professional actor with over 25 years of practice and I bring a wealth of experience to all scripts I am asked to work on.
